If you wish to book an appointment you can either contact us via telephone or email. If you reach our answering machine or are emailing please leave your name and number and we will call you back as soon as possible. Please have your credit or debit card details ready as this will secure your appointment.

If booking for the first time please download, print and complete the attatched health questionnaire - being sure to bring it with you to your appointment.

To achieve the best possible results from your Colonic Hydrotherapy session we recommend that you drink plenty of water try to avoid caffeine, fizzy drinks, and heavy meals for 24 hours.
You do not need to bring anything with you as we provide everything you will need.

Please note that due to the extremely high demand for colonic hydrotherapy and detox programmes at the time of booking you will be asked for a credit or debit card. This card will be charged if you do not arrive for your treatment, or if you fail to give 48 hours notice of cancellation.
